We can ship throughout the United States. Most items usually ship within 1 - 2 business days. You can choose from various shipping options and get an estimate of shipping charges and time frames. 

 
Return Policy

BagInspiration is proud to offer high quality products. If you do end up returning one or more items, please note that all returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. All inquiries regarding returns or refunds should be sent via e-mail to greengirls@baginspiration.com.
Please contact us at greengirls@BagInspiration.com for return authorization and address information. Reference your name, contact information and order number. We will then send instructions on how to return your products. All returns must be in original packaging with tags still attached. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your package has arrived at our facilities. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Upon receipt of your package at our facilities, we will process your credit or refund. Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered 
by credit card, we will credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless an item arrived defective or damaged.

Privacy Policy

The information we know and store is what you choose to give us when you send us email, call us, fax us, give us a business card at a trade show, etc.

We won't sell your information to anyone. We do not participate in any email sharing deals with other sites or any direct mailing houses. We don't like our personal information being sold, so we're certainly not going to do that with yours.

If you've ordered an item on-line and we have a question about your order, for example if something is now out of stock, or if we have a question as to how best to service your order, we may email or call you (it's really helpful in those cases if you provide us with a phone number with your order).
